ADVERTISEMENT POLICY

1. Objective

This policy governs all third-party advertisements displayed on www.learnptl.com, co-owned by Private Teachers Limited.

2. Monthly Fees & Trusted Partner Logo

• Monthly Charges: Advertising space is provided on a paid basis. Advertisers shall pay a fixed monthly fee as per the agreed Insertion Order. Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable.
• Trusted Partner Logo: Upon enrollment, advertisers may be granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the "Trusted Partner of learnptl.com" logo for the duration of the paid term. The logo must be used exactly as provided and must not be modified.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• Advertiser Warranty: By submitting content, you warrant that you own all rights (including copyright and trademarks) to the text, images, and videos provided. You agree to indemnify Private Teachers Limited against any third-party claims arising from infringement.
• Infringement: Private Teachers Limited reserves the right to remove any advertisement immediately upon receiving a valid copyright complaint. Repeat infringers may be banned from future advertising.

4. General Rights

We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement without notice if it violates this policy or is deemed harmful to our brand reputation.
